Deep ruby-purple in color with rich aromas of boysenberry, blueberry jam and dark chocolate – covered cherries. The wine is medium to full – bodied , packed with layers of blackberry, blueberry and chocolate. Freshness defines the subtly layered dark silky fruit in the finish.

A Super Tuscan blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sangiovese. Intense nose with aromas of wild berries, flowers and red berries, along with hints of caramel. Medium-bodied with freshness and concentration. Soft tannins are perfectly integrated.

The contrast between the old vine and young vine fruit works perfectly. It’s vibrantly juicy with loads of cranberry, raspberry, and some blueberry notes and subtle earthiness, and finishes with great acid structure and lingering tannins. Compares to a Beaujolais when tasted blind. A perfect holiday red!

Wild fermented and aged in all French oak, 25% of which is new oak. It has a beautifully perfumed nose of apple, saline minerality and pear with integrated oak spice notes. It shows bright stone fruits on the palate, flint, persistence and vibrancy on the finish.

Organic & vegan. Pale yellow colour. Medium intensity on the nose with toasty notes combined with the aroma of pear and apple. Fresh and alive in the mouth with dominating notes of fruit. Light and soft with a pleasant finish.
Delinquente, Weeping Juan Pet Nat – Riverland, Australia 2021
Naturally sparkling & organic. Vermentino with a dash of Nero D’Avola made into a tutti-fruity pink Pet Nat. It is a great introduction to the style.
The nose hints at sweet berries mixed with an undercurrent of lime and sea spray. The palate opens again with the fruit sweetness, almost raspberry lolly like fruitiness, but is super dry, the acid accentuated by the fine spritz of bubbles, whilst the Nero D’Avola provides a slightly earthy, moreish element. Summer party vibe. vibe, but with depth and interest.
