43% Gamay, 30% Pinot Noir and 27% Cabernet Sauvignon. This hand harvested, unfiltered & un-fined red is served slightly chilled. Medium to light body and very juicy. Ripe red apple, bubblegum, cotton candy, sour cherries, and a sweet cherry tomato. Slight effervescence and gorgeous long finish with plenty of basil, dried apricot and plum notes.
