Medium-dry, full-bodied dark cherries, ripe strawberries, plums hints of sweet spice.

Pearl Morisette Primesautier – VQA Niagara 2021

43% Gamay, 30% Pinot Noir and 27% Cabernet Sauvignon. This hand harvested, unfiltered & un-fined red is served slightly chilled. Medium to light body and very juicy. Ripe red apple, bubblegum, cotton candy, sour cherries, and a sweet cherry tomato. Slight effervescence and gorgeous long finish with plenty of basil, dried apricot and plum notes.               

Montepulciano, Niro di Citra D’Abruzzo – Italy 2018

Intense and elegant bouquet of sour cherry, soft fruit with notes of black pepper, cocoa, & balsamic. Full bodied and velvety.

Pinot Noir, Cloudsley Cellars – Niagara VQA  2020

This is a vibrant Niagara Peninsula pinot. Beneficially aged 18 months in barrel before release. Its elegant on the eyes, nose and palate. Ruby red. Medium bodied. Velvety tannins. On the nose and palate, crushed red cherries are woven together with subtle smoke and spring time earth and cedar notes.

Almost too easy to drink! A Sangiovese that entices with red fruit, violets and herbal aromatics. Bright, floral notes and a slight herbaceousness on the palate. Incredibly fresh with inherent Sangiovese acidity.

Pleasant, delicate, fruit, characteristic, intense and suggestive of apple and figs. Dry, velvety, tasty and fruity with a slight after-taste of bitter almond; it is well-bodied and harmonic, and has good acidity

Chardonnay, Cloudsley Cellars – Twenty Mile Bench, Vineland 2020

Wild fermented and aged in all French oak, 25% of which is new oak. It has a beautifully perfumed nose of apple, saline minerality and pear with integrated oak spice notes. It shows bright stone fruits on the palate, flint, persistence and vibrancy on the finish.

Baglio Antico Bianco IGP Cataratto, Sicily 2021

Spicy and savoury on the palate; dry, rich and textured, but thoroughly approachable. This Orange wine, made from organic Catarratto in western Sicily has three days’ maceration on skins, a lovely golden colour with aromas and flavours of russet apples (with the skins) and red plums. In a nutshell – deliciously drinkable!
